A six meter fence will be erected around the park for security. Certain rules will be enforced to reduce noise nuisance in the area.

Once Happy Dog is activated, owners can enter their dog’s vaccination record using a QR code. After updating the document they can enjoy the site. There people known as “woofers” will watch the dogs.
“The person who comes out the back, who actually looks at the dog, you know, what kind of symptoms they have, if someone notices that they’re going to be a little aggressive. And then take care of it,” Pahis said.
“Bringing the community, letting you go somewhere without fear of anything, and letting your dog be in a safe place. That’s really what it’s all about,” Judd said.
